Recognizing the importance of the web-based store locator to drive users into the physical stores, I was tasked with ensuring it was fully featured, providing not just store locations but also hours of operation and facility features. Leveraging a headless CMS with React, we guaranteed a mobile-friendly experience and simplified backend content changes, crucial for quick updates and future flexibility.

Our efforts resulted in a remarkable 59% increase in store location queries, a substantial rise in average time spent on page, and a significant boost in unique website users at 509%. The redesigned site not only met but exceeded expectations, enhancing usability for customers and clients alike.
